Cast Steel Flange Check Valve (Non-Return Valve)
This National Standard Cast Steel Flange Check Valve (Non-Return Valve) is widely used in pipeline systems across industries such as power generation, chemical processing, metallurgy, textile, pharmaceuticals, and environmental protection. It is a fundamental and essential valve designed to automatically prevent the backflow of media, ensuring system safety and process integrity.
The valve opens automatically under forward flow pressure and closes quickly by gravity/spring force when flow stops or reverses. The tight seal between the disc and seat effectively prevents medium backflow, ensuring reliable unidirectional flow.
Featuring a streamlined flow path, it offers minimal resistance to fluid flow, reducing system pressure drop. The flanged design allows for robust and leak-proof connection within compact installation space.
The valve is designed to allow media to pass through with minimal turbulence, maintaining efficient system pressure and flow rates.
The materials for the main body, internal components (disc, seat), gaskets, and fasteners can be reasonably selected and combined according to user requirements or specific working conditions (e.g., WCB body with 13Cr trim for steam).
