The series High-pressure diaphragm valves are designed for semiconductor, solar photovoltaic, laboratory, and other applications requiring precision gas pipeline systems. These valves are ideal for high-purity fluids such as gas, water, and acidic liquids, providing reliable on/off functionality. The maximum working pressure for manual versions is 4500 psi (310 bar). Each valve undergoes 100% helium leak detection and functional testing before dispatch.
