Durable Metering Pump Featuring UPVC Diaphragm Valve

Lever-operated UPVC and CPVC plastic diaphragm valves can be manually or pneumatically actuated. Opening and closing are achieved through vertical movement of the valve stem. When the stem is in the upper position, the curved diaphragm flexes upward, creating an open valve passage. As the stem moves downward, it drives the pressure plate to bend the diaphragm, forcing it tightly against the valve seat sealing area to close the valve.

Fluid contacts only the diaphragm and valve body, eliminating dead zones—ideal for slurries, chemicals, and contaminated fluids.

The diaphragm isolates the valve stem from the fluid, preventing stem corrosion and eliminating leakage.
