It combines the best control characteristics of the ball valve and butterfly valve into one, making it highly versatile for various industrial applications. It can be utilized efficiently as both a control regulating valve and a reliable shut-off valve.
The shear force between the ball and the metal seat type V incision is especially suitable for media containing fiber, small solid particles, and pulp.
Features fully open flow capacity and small pressure loss; prevents media from depositing in the body cavity.
Utilizes a spring-loaded movable seat structure, preventing jamming between the ball core and valve seat while ensuring reliable sealing.
Offers accurate regulation with an approximately equal percentage flow characteristic and a maximum adjustable ratio of 100:1.
