Introduction: The opening and closing part of the globe valve, or stop valve, is a plug-shaped disc with a flat surface or a cone on the sealing surface. The disc moves linearly along the center line of the valve seat. It is designed to control various fluids such as air, water, steam, corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal, and radioactive media.
