Top Entry Eccentric Semi Ball Valves feature no-friction in the switching process, low wear of the seal, and small opening/closing torque.
It controls the pipeline medium by having the hemisphere rotate around the eccentric axis. During the switching process, no friction occurs between the hemisphere and the valve seat sealing surface, reducing the wear of the sealing components and significantly increasing the service life.
Due to the extremely similar structural principle of the eccentric hemisphere valve to the operation form of the three-eccentric butterfly valve, it is often preferred for handling slurry, fiber-laden media, and solids in suspension.
